Chris Anczarki is a Senior Partner and Co-Founder of AOK Staffing, LLC. Prior to launching AOK Staffing in 2003, Chris had five years of recruiting and executive search experience specializing in the placement of sales and management professionals. During this time period, Chris was prominent in the overall growth and development of a boutique search agency where he oversaw and ran the everyday operations of the company. Initially, Chris gained invaluable sales and management experience while working for leading IT and Telecommunications companies as MCI, Global Crossing, USN, and MobileComm. This allowed Chris to build and establish a solid foundation and reliable network of professionals to facilitate and develop his executive search and recruiting career. With nearly 20 years of sales and management experience, Chris has partnered with many leading public and private corporations to assist in their recruiting and expansion efforts, as well as, mentor many professionals in developing their careers with new and exciting opportunities. Chris received his Bachelor of Arts in History and Economics from The University of Delaware. He resides in Branchburg, N.J. and is married with two children and is extremely involved in his community by serving on The Historic Preservation and Recreation Committees as well as managing in- town sports teams and clubs.
 

Steve Kaufman is a Senior Partner and Co-Founder of AOK Staffing, LLC. Prior to organizing the company in 2003, Steve headed up sales for another executive agency specializing in the placement of sales and management professionals. Prior to establishing himself in the recruiting industry, Steve worked for leading Telco Corporations including Worldcom, Qwest and Global Crossing as a National Account Manager selling to the Fortune 100 Market and various Venture Capital Startups. Through the years Steve has developed several strong partnerships and relationships and his strength lies in the ability to listen to the needs and wants of his clients and candidates. Steven received his BA from Arizona State, lives in Plainview, NY and is married with two beautiful children.

  

Jason Kaminsky is a Senior Partner at AOK Staffing and brings over 17 years experience in Sales, Sales Management & Executive Leadership within the outsourcing and technology arenas. Prior to joining AOK Staffing, Jason worked for leading corporations and companies as Pitney Bowes Management Services, Ricoh Silicon Valley, IKON, GBC, UARCO and Innuity Web Solutions. Jason’s background specialized in professional services, document management, software/hardware, printing, internet advertising, and managed network services and solutions. His primary focus has been working closely with the legal vertical market (including the AmLaw 200) and F5000 arena on a local and national level. Jason holds his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Hartford. He lives in Old Bethpage, NY and is married with 2 daughters. Jason is very active in coaching soccer, serves on the board at his Pool and Tennis Club, and plays softball and tennis weekly.

John La Bruno is a Senior Consultant of Sales and Recruiting at AOK Staffing. John is responsible for all full cycle recruiting aspects at
 AOK Staffing. John has a client and candidate base that he nurtured and developed throughout his career. He has mastered the art of recruiting and is creatively resourceful when it comes to his technique. Prior to AOK Staffing, John maintained a stellar sales and recruiting employment tenure. John gained a lot of his experience from companies such as Craig Michaels, Inc. AM New York and Verizon Information Services. John maintained many professional relationships in the industry and has always utilized his outgoing demeanor and sharp sales intuitions to be the forefront of his endeavors. John graduated with honors from AIPH (Art Institute of Philadelphia). John is open to social networking, referrals and career preparations and guidance. John is born and raised in New Jersey and now resides in North Bergen, NJ. John shares a lot of his time with his family and friends.

Fran Cole is a Senior Consultant of Sales and Recruiting at AOK Staffing and heads up our Austin, Texas office. Fran brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Outsourcing and Professional Sales Arena. Fran has worked for leading companies as Xerox, IKON, IST Management and Equitrac. Fran enjoys working with clients and candidates to find the perfect match. Her biggest strength is networking and she belongs to many groups and national associations. A born Texan, Fran resides outside of Austin where she enjoys the tranquility of nature and family. Fran is married and has 4 children.

Michael Hivry is a Senior Consultant of Sales and Recruiting at AOK Staffing and heads up our Denver, Colorado office. He has been working in the staffing and recruiting industry for over 9 years with expertise in the Sales, Medical, Light Industrial, Construction, and High-end Executive markets. Michael prides himself on his ability to establish and cultivate relationships with clients and employees which enables him to properly match jobs and candidates successfully. An avid sports fan born and raised in New Jersey, Michael has lived in the beautiful state of Colorado for the last 10 years where he has been able to explore the great outdoors with his two canine navigators.

Gisela Garcia is a Senior Consultant of Sales and Recruiting at AOK Staffing and heads up our Boca Raton, Florida office. Gisela has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management and Recruitment in software and professional services firms. She has been working as an Independent Recruiter and HR Consultant for the past 3 years and has strong expertise recruiting technical and business professionals. Most recently she worked with Equitrac Corporation, a global manufacturer of document accounting and print management solutions for the legal and general office markets, recruiting software development and sales professionals both in the US and in Europe.

Gisela started her career as an engineer working with companies such as IBM and Southern Bell and has engineering degrees from both the University of Miami and University of Southern California. She lives in Boca Raton, Florida with her husband and 2 daughters.
